When it comes to “animal rights”, we find ourselves having to navigate a minefield of how we treat our fellow creatures and yet are able to gain sustenance or other benefits from them. We'll examine how the Torah sees animals philosophically, halachically and even emotionally in order to tread the delicate balance of living morally on this planet.
